[MEDIA RELEASE] Blackened power metal soloist Exiled Hope is stretching her symphonic metal wings with her new track “Over For You”. The anthem, constructed by multi-instrumental mastermind Sofia Frasz, is off of her upcoming album Apocrypha, launching April 11, 2025.
Sofia comments,
“My lyric videos started as an easy way to generate promotional content, but they quickly turned into a way to showcase each song’s personality and story through subtle details and by putting the focus on the lyrics. By adding small effects such as changes in lighting throughout the video and flowers falling from the trees featured in the 500-year-old cover artwork, I was able to make the song feel more alive and atmospheric, and highlight the fact that it’s one of the more uplifting songs on the album. I want to create a cinematic/soundtrack-like effect with my music, and adding subtle visuals that enhance the feeling without distracting from the lyrics was an easy way to accomplish that.”
