We’re not sure how we missed the video for “11:59” by Michael Franti & Spearhead coming out, but we’re so happy to have this video in our life. We have been very fortunate to see Michael Franti perform this song live and to be honest, it’s the song that made us become Michael Franti fans. The song gave us chills live and that seemed impossible in a sweaty crowd.
As Michael states,
“The song 11:59 is about appreciating every second we have on this planet and using our time here to fight for what we believe in.”
The video version of the “11:59” features Sonna Rele and is absolutely wonderful.
