I know Powerwolf released their cover of “Bark at the Moon” for Ozzy Osbourne’s 75th birthday that was on December 4th, but I didn’t get a chance to sit down with it until recently and it’s a gem of a cover.
Elements of the 1983 classic can be heard throughout, but Powerwolf has elegantly infused their soul into the song, essentially making the cover their very own.
