With a week to go, Last Giant, has released a new song from their forthcoming album Monuments (June 9th).
On the song, RFK Heise says,
‘Animals’ is probably the most differing track on the album. It’s not out of place, it just has its own vibe and cosmos that fits within the whole of the album. I feel like it was inspired after seeing The Church here in Portland at Revolution Hall. I wanted the chorus to feel like new wave meets Thin Lizzy. Matt and Palmer have a very smooth and heavy groove which made it super fun to float the guitars and melodies over.
