The rising artist who made waves with his debut single “Weapon Of Love” is back with his latest offering, “Pretty Picture”.
Blone Noble shows off a different side of his musicality in “Pretty Picture”. The doomsday disco vibes from his debut single have been replaced with lush and sprawling soundscape that immerses the listener in a rich sonic tapestry.
The layers of piano, synths, drums, and bass in “Pretty Picture” allows Noble to vocally dive into introspection and contemplation. His brooding vocals, à la Lou Reed and David Bowie, asks the listener – does one disconnect from the neverending cycle of finding a dopamine rush or does one continue searching in the machine for that higher being?
Accompanying the release of “Pretty Picture” is an entrancing music video shot entirely on VHS by artist Andrew Pitrone. The video combines footage from Blone Noble‘s debut show at La Poubelle from November 2022 and the vintage aesthetic of the VHS format adds a nostalgic charm to the video.
