From their forthcoming album Acedia (April 12), Martikor have released “Soothing Rattle”. Just four seconds shy of ten minutes, “Soothing Rattle” is a journey through the darkest corners of the mind and following the light at the end of the tunnel.
On the song, Martikor says,
“Soothing Rattle” is about the dark moments that we all experience. For me personally, it explores moments of doubt and instability. While they can be tormenting, I’ve come to see them as soothing and liberating when viewed from a different perspective. It’s like meditating through pain! This juxtaposition is the inspiration behind “Soothing Rattle”.
