Have to thank one of my creative idols, CAMERON CROWE, for turning me onto JIM JAMES. He tweeted he was now playing “JUST A FOOL” and of course I had to go listen.
I will be honest, this was another artist that wasn’t on my radar, but I’m glad he is now. When Jim starts singing, “JUST A FOOL”, I am instantly reminded of BOB DYLAN but that is forgotten within moments as the guitar brings you back. “JUST A FOOL” is a song everyone can relate to as we truly are all fools trying to get by. This song though, gives everyone a voice or a “not alone” moment.
“JUST A FOOL” will be released on JIM JAMES‘ forthcoming album UNIFORM DISTORTION on June 29, 2018 but you can pre-order it now.
