From the forthcoming EP, Good Mourning Wrath, the latest release, “Feather,” by Pennsylvania rockers Seethe marks a deliberate departure in their sound.
In the spirit of ‘same, same, yet different,’ it’s the Seethe one knows and loves, but with a newfound freshness and excitement. Seethe retains its core identity while venturing into uncharted musical territories.
Forgoing the heavy electronic nuances found in previous works, “Feather” embraces a more nu-metal and metal sound. The tangled, heavy sludge, and doom-filled rhythm provides a solid foundation for the band to effortlessly veer away from their familiar sound and to demonstrate their sonic evolution without losing the raw energy that defines Seethe‘s sound.
