Was the movie Cowboys & Aliens more than an alien vs humans movie? Perhaps it was a look at how humans like to alienate others. That’s the thought that came to mind when watching the latest video, “Wild West” from The OddEven’s latest album Darkness.
On the song, Weed (bassist) says,
“For those that have felt alienated, disenfranchised, or different than everyone around you, it’s time to rise up. There are entities out there that are watching our every move, so there is no time to waste!”
No matter what the movie aimed for, the post grunge rockers are asking those who have ever felt separated from society and the human race take a stand.
